Five years ago, we were having power issues within our comms room...

UPS Power Management were given the contact to install a new ups system and disposes of the old system. All works were agreed to be carried out over a weekend.
The works carried out were done to the highest level of professionalism and easily within the time scale agreed. Every aspect of the contract and the works done were done so completely to our satisfaction.
We have used UPS Power Management for our annual maintenance cover every year since and have encountered no problems in this period.
UPS Power Management would come with our highest recommendation for anyone wishing to undertake work of a similar nature.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the support, assistance, time and effort that you displayed during the Bank Holiday weekend in resolving the UPS issue that occurred at Energis House. I appreciate that you gave up a lot of your personal time in helping resolve successfully the replacement of the UPS, and feel that your personal contribution significantly displayed your commitment to Energis.

As you are aware the sourcing and replacement of the UPS in less than five days is a major achievement and you played a valuable role in this. I look forward to seeing you in the near future in less stressful circumstances.
